We all get to receive God's gifts in worship, but a few people every Sunday get to work behind the scenes, sharing God's gifts with everyone else and being a trusted leader in your congregation. If you'd like to learn more about what it takes to be an acolyte, come to the sanctuary after worship on Sunday, March 9.
This diverse group meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday morning. The time frame is intended to be for one hour, although they sometimes go a little longer… The group decides what to study and discuss for a period of time - usually a book of the Bible or a current theological book. A simple dinner at 6 p.m. precedes Vespers (Evening Prayer) at 7 p.m. All are welcome. There is no sign-up to attend. Dinner will be in the Fellowship Hall downstairs.
